Alpaca Rewards is a rewards system where you can accumulate points to use towards gifts after purchases.

Sign up online here, with our app or by visiting a store and where you can sign up with your phone number.

Yes, catering orders, purchases with a gift card, and alcohol purchases do not count towards your rewards.

Purchases made with a gift card do not count towards your rewards, as the person who purchased the gift card already accumulated the reward points.

Orders made through third-party platforms do not count towards your gifts. Gifts can only be earned on orders placed through the Alpaca App or Alpaca online ordering platform.

Gifts expire after 60 days.

When a gift is available, add the menu item to your cart. After the item is added to your cart, select checkout. On the next page, select “Add Gifts” and select the gift you would like to redeem.
